Alissa Bray

Senior Scientist, Oxgene

Alissa is a Senior Scientist at OXGENE, a synthetic biology company developing scalable manufacturing technologies for the production of gene therapies. She has been leading the strategic optimisation of the genetic components of the AAV vector system since 2016. Her works aims to improve our understanding of the biology of AAV and use this knowledge to develop more cost-effective treatments for patients. Alissa has BSc and Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
